What are your shipping and handling rates?
Our shipping & handling rates are based on the total dollar amount of your order.
UPS Ground & 3-Day Select Rates

$41 - $80.00: Ground: $12.95 | 3-Day: $22.95
$81 - $150.00:  Ground: $15.95 | 3-Day: $31.95

How long does it take for production of my order?
Each item has it's own lead time depending on the vendor that is producing it. Please refer to the lead time specified on the product information page for the most accurate estimate. Please note, lead times do become extended during the weeks leading up to the holidays. We will do our best to keep these extended lead posted on each product's information page.

My order includes a digital photo.
How do I get this to you and what are the digital specifications?

When you receive your confirmation email of your order, reply to the email and attach the image or images to be used for your digital photo card. Or mail the photo to
orders@polkadotsstationery.com and reference your order number. 
Ideally, your image should be at least 300 dpi and should be saved as either a .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif file. If your digital camera is set to use the highest resolution available, the resulting image should be clear enough for our printing needs.

Can I send a printed photo to be used with my order?
No. We will need a digital image to process your order.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our personalized products, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, nor refunded. If we have misprinted an item or monogrammed it incorrectly, then we will certainly replace this item right away. Please let us know if you have any questions concerning an item prior to placing the order.

Do you offer RUSH orders?
If a RUSH service is available, it will be listed as an option on the product information page. Additional fees will apply and RUSH orders are given priority in the production process, however no commitments of exact delivery date can be made. If you would like to rush an order further, you may consider selecting the expedited shipping option at check out.  If you require next day or overnight shipping, please call us after placing your order and we will ensure it is expedited.  803.386.2506

I ordered several products. Will all of my items come shipped together?
We drop ship many items directly from the manufacturer to you, the customer to ensure the quickest delivery possible.
For this reason, you may receive your orders in several shipments, however you only pay for shipping one time at check-out.

I ordered products from a Polka Dots Party. 
Should I call the rep or Polka Dots directly with a question or problem with my order?

What is your privacy policy?
Polka Dots Inc. does not sell ANY customer information to any party, period. Your information is used for the sole purpose of customizing, processing, producing and delivering your order.

Is my credit card secure when I pay on your website?
Yes. Polka Dots, Inc. is a licensed vendor with Verisign and your information is transfered using SSL encryption technology to ensure that it cannot be accessed by anyone.
